Grownups act like babies don't know anything. But anyone who's met the fearless, hairless, Tommy Pickles and his friends can tell you that this baby brigade knows what's really going on. And they'd be happy to fill in the grownups, if the grownups could only understand babytalk.

For Tommy, his best friend Chuckie (who's kind of a fraidy cat), and the twins Phil and Lil, every day is an adventure. Especially when Tommy's baby-teasing, doll-torturing three-year-old cousin Angelica is around. Luckily, when the going gets tough, their devoted dog Spike and their babysitting Grandpa can usually be counted on to help them out of a jam. And, of course, there's always their secret weapon--the Reptar Mobile!
